Honestly dont know but I would be straight to an auto electrician. Sounds like parrallel wiring may have worn (from rubbing) and is playing havoc by activating neighbouring wires or the fuse box has a faulty circuits.

Remove the Interior panel and remove the 2 nuts holding the latch handle on.

Sounds like the hazard flasher switch has failed and needs to be replaced.

Call the dealership with the serial number and model of the radio. That will get the code.

Why did you replace the 02 sensors? These monitor the amount of air/fuel in the exhaust. If the engine is running too rich/lean the code will return regardless of replacing these sensors. What code did you get?

Test the cylinder head gasket.

Definately sounds like a fuse if 2 locations are not working. Cigarette lighters are 2 wires to hook up so to have a faulty port is highly unlikely. Check your owners manual for the fuse location. It will probably not be under the hood in that fuse box but under the steering wheel up and under the dash. No big deal though. check plug, wire, injector, compression.

First try, with the ignition switch off, dousing the switches with WD40 using paper towels to avoid a mess. While the switches are filled with WD40 work them back and forth to clean the contact areas. Turn on the ignition and try them, repeat if required.

Check for power and ground at the window motor itself. Power motor directly and make sure that motor is ok.

code is for misfire on cylinder 4 , may just need the plug cleaning or may need a new coil pack , plug lead , or more advanced diagnostics to get to the exact cause

Possible answer. You will need to dig through potential answers. Most dealers will credit a $100 diagnostic fee to repair charges. If this is emissions issue it may be the most effective investment. Rather than the complete valve body it may just be connections to the throttle position indicator sensor or it's equivalent. Cleaning connections to bright metal contacts between sensor spades and the connector to remove corrosion on my 93 volvo 240. Returned to normal operation. I suspect road salt or sea salt will cause similar issues in a shorter time.

Check your Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter.

Check Fuse #23, which is the fuse for the steering lock. Replace the fuse. DONE!
