2003 Toyota Avalon. Radio and car alarm drains the battery when the radio and the car alarms are connected the battery drains. When you disconnect them the battery is fine.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. Both the radio and the alarm drain _some_ power when the car is off. The radio to keeps its memory of saved stations and the PIN code, and the alarm is fully activated and monitoring when the car is switched off. The most likely item to drain would be the alarm. It is the factory alarm or an after market add on? The first thing to do is have the battery load tested for efficiency. Any Interstate Battery shop will do this for you free of charge in-car and takes 2 minutes and give you a print out of the CCA on the battery and what the tester diagnoses. It appears that it is a known issue on this vehicle!! https://www.google.com/search?q=2003+toyota+avalon+parasitic+battery+drain ..

What voltage is required to activate the headlamp relay on a 2001 Toyota Avalon

The power supply is direct from the battery so the voltage supply to the relay should be between 12 and 14 volts. Most relays have a voltage rating marked on them as a 'VDC' number.

2005 Toyota Avalon with codes p0441,p0455,p0456,p0505 and the vcs abs and traction light on?

You have a few different things coming up as these lights and codes. I'll list the code meaning below. Did you mean the VSC light? VSC, Traction Control and ABS all refer to your braking system so get it fixed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! The '505' code refers to the air flow management system in the air intake manifold. The other codes refer to the EVAP system on the vehicle. This may seem a silly suggestion but check you fuel filler cap isn't loose, missing or the seal on the cap isn't damaged. The EVAP works as an air tight system and if it is leaking that is one of the most common causes, (and its a cheap repair). P0441 = Evaporative Emission System Incorrect Purge Flow P0455 = Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (large leak) P0456 = Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (very small leak) P0505 = Idle Air Control System

I have a 2000 Toyota Avalon when I hit the gas there's no power every so often you can get power but it don't last long I can't get it up to speed

Check your air filter. If your air filter is the inline type, and gets too dirty restricting air flow to the manifold, this will cause loss of power as you described. I hope this was helpful.
