Measure the brake disc and resurface as necessary. Install a new brake disc if beyond specification.
Drill out the rivets.

here is the key pic. please rate if this helps. Might even be same brake pads as LS
should add that the rears have a special tool to wind the caliper piston back in, due to the rear parking brake design
