I have a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder and a few lights have recently come on but wanted to see some symbols so I can troubleshoot the problem. One of them was the battery light and an exclamation symbol?? Can you help?

How do I replace the third brake light on a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder

I am not sure, but most most higher end imports like Nissan,Toyota,and so on. Have a clips of some sort along with the screws.I have a Lexus that is hard like that. Grab it with both hands and move it up or down! Good luck, and let me know!!!

I recently bought a 95 3 liter V6 pathfinder. The engine runs fine (for 154K miles) for about 20 minutes or so then starts to lose power and seriously misfire. Let it sit a few hours and then it will run...

Sounds like a cracked coil. Once the heat gets to it the fire goes everywhere. Run it into a dark garage and with it running, open the hood and watch for sparks.

Only way to find out exactly what's wrong with the ABS system is to have the trouble codes read.

If the battery light comes on, it means that the battery isn't getting power from the alternator. I would check to make sure the alternator belt isn't broken or loose. It could also mean your alternator is bad if the belt is in good shape. I would then take a volt meter and measure the battery voltage with the engine running. It should be around 13.5 volts if the alternator is good.
