This is very possible. Newer cars are dependent on the transmission range sensor/ neutral safety switch/ transmission control switch.

What is P07E8 on a 2014 Chevy Malibu?

This applies to trouble code p07e8. Most likely, the check engine light has also appeared. This code indicates that there is a problem with the Volume or Mass air flow sensor. If the engine light is also on, it is due to a misreading of the sensor. If the part is faulty, it will need to be replaced.

My car is Mitsubishi Pajero io 4g93 so it idles well but when I shift into drive the raise mileage drops below 1 and the engine loses power later engine check light appears.i need help please

The issue you're describing with your Mitsubishi Pajero IO 4g93 could be caused by a number of things. When you shift into drive, the engine loses power and the check engine light comes on, it suggests that there may be a problem with the vehicle's transmission or with the engine control system. Additionally, a low mileage reading could indicate a problem with the vehicle's mass air flow sensor, oxygen sensor, or other sensor that is responsible for measuring the engine's performance.
It's possible that the problem is caused by a malfunctioning sensor, such as the Throttle Position Sensor, that is not being picked up by the diagnostic tool. It's also possible that the problem could be caused by a malfunctioning transmission control module, a problem with the transmission's internal components, or a problem with the vehicle's exhaust system.
It's best to have a mechanic diagnose the issue to determine the cause and make any necessary repairs. The mechanic will have to connect the car to the OBD scanner to read the codes that the engine control module is storing and check the transmission's fluid level and condition, and check the vacuum hoses, or any other issues that could be causing the problem.

That is a faulty park/neutral position (PNP)switch, or the switch harness is open or shorted. It can also mean the Park/neutral position switch has a bad connection. these are all a symptom of code PO705 for the Saab. You are either in Neutral or Park when you see this and it sends the message to the (TCM) Transmission control Module. If you are not a mechanic and take it to a mechanic make sure you make them aware that you know this.

Check engine light came on, within minutes it "powered down" stalled, dies and will not start. What could cause this to happen? Did the turn key off/on to get code and "done" appeared.

Hello
When the service engine soon light a yellow light (Also called the check engine light or engine management light) is turned on this is to alert you to the fact that Powertrain Control Module (computer) has detected a failure somewhere in the systems it controls you may not feel any difference in the way the engine runs, this can be the transmission or the engine or emission system, there are fault codes set in the modules memory for these faults. What needs to happen now is to have the powertrain control module scanned with a special tool called an OBD2 electronic engine control scanner or a OBD2 code reader. Once the code(s) are read then you must perform the diagnostics for each code and make the appropriate repairs based on the findings of the diagnosis that was performed, this is called doing "Pinpoint" testing.
