go to itunes and restore to backup
SOURCE: bluetooth/radio stopped working
In first instance try to disconnect the unit from the mains and reconnect 15-20secs later 8 times out of 10 it helps. otherwise you might need to reprogram the unit processor which is more complicated and requires knowledge and understanding of electronic principles, assembler, also some devices to perform the task.
Otherwise I'm not sure about exact model of your ECU (computer) but in some cases it also gives the access to reprogrammable radio unit, so in this case laptop, one simple program (u can find it as free downloadable .exe file) and special diagnostics cable wuold sort everything out. But as I said not all ECUs offers such an option. And if you'll go for this step you need some knowledge about electronics and soldering as you'll have to build the cable I mentioned, as tu purchase one would be quite painfull for your vallet.
Hope it helped although if you need any further information just drop a line here.

You need to reset the Parrot first.
Hold down red and green buttons together until she tells you that the
memory is being cleared. Then she will prompt you to pair your phone.
Then, and only then does the Parrot allow the iPhone to pair, and it will bring up the code prompt for you on the iPhone.
You won't find this written down anywhere on the Parrot site.

I have the same car. The dealership wanted to charge me $155 to go into the computer and give me the passkey.
One of the techs just told me how to find it myself:
Inside the trunk, on the left side behind the DVD player, there is a box that sits at a 45 degree angle. Right above that box, there is a box that is shaped like a VHS tape. Unscrew that box and on the other side you will see bluetooth PK: and your four digit number.
That saved me $155 dollars and now I can talk hands free through my car.
