yes it is an interference engine.

Honda engines are interference engines which means that valve damage will occur if the belt has broken or the correct procedure is not followed during belt replacement.

check fluid levels add if low..change filter if clogged ..

it is carburetored sounds to be the choke on it

change the battery cables terminals you can get them at walmart for under 5 bucks last time I checked

simply unplug and use a 7/8 wrench and a lot of muscle use a small amount of anti seize during installation.

Compare your rear knuckles to a non 4WS. You have to remove the steering extension shaft leading back there as well as the rear tie rods. The rear knuckles have to be locked so they don't steer. Might need to swap some of the components from a junkyard 88 89 90 91 Prelude.

Appeats voltage regulator ha a plroem, but, check battery wwater level before replacin battery or alternater.

your 4ws sensor prob needs to be reset take it to a qualified mech.
