I have a 2002 tracker that the shifter realease wont work it worked when i left for work i stopped at the store and when i came out it quit working

hi you should check the fuses first.look in your ovners manual or on the fuse panel lid and under hood fuse block/s for the proper fues and location.

SOURCE: the clock, radio and cd player quit working

I have a 4 DR 2002 Tracker. There are two fuse blocks. One is under the driver side instrument panel and the other is in the engine compartment on passenger side. Did you look at both?

You could have a bad wiper motor circut board problem. You can pick on up at a parts store for less then at the dealer but check to make sure it's the board and not the switch it self.
