you need to have the cv joints replaced, unless your a pretty good mechanic you should have this done at a shop, they can be pretty tough to get out and back in, should run about 130$ per side
panel is glued and popped in with plastic popins, use a little muscle and be easy at the bottom of the door and work your way, pulling where the popin buttons are
If entire wire is coming off, see if you can slide boot out of the way enough to squeeze & tighten connector to plug. Squeeze it so that the ends slide inside each other or closer to each other for better grasp on plug. If it's the boot only sliding up, clean wire & boot good, then apply a little high heat silicone around the top of boot and see if that works. Try to let it cure good before you go zipping around again.
Somtimes the bulbs get a dead short in them even though they look OK. Install new bulbs or remove all bulbs on this circuit and reinstall one at a time to see if fuse pops. I had this problem with signal lights on 95 chevy 1500 and turned out the back up bulbs were on the same circuit. Bad back up bulb so once truck was in reverse it blew the fuse and then the signals did not work. Cheap enough to be worth a shot.
