You may have had something fall down into the defrost vent and it has worked its way down and is blocking the air flow thats trying to come out the vents, near the blower motor.also does it sound like the blower motor is spinning on high speed or at a lower speed, you could have a slow turning blower motor.

REPLACED BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL MODULE...Now blower is working but not very much air flowing out of vents! Fan speed is working...it heat and cools. but still not adequate air flow from the vents ..2000...

check your blower hoses to see if one or more have come loose or got redirected or the selector switch isn't functioning properly (is it blowing better on defrost as opposed to floor vents, or forward vents, etc.)
Good luck

Repair cost on A/C blower for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. my system is blowing cold air but you can hardly feel it coming out of the vents.

The same just happened with my 2000 Jeep Wrangler yesterday. I'm curious as to what the answer is. I checked all my fuses and it's not that. Can still feel clicking when I turn my switch so I doubt that's the problem.

Air is barely blowing out of the vents, hot or cold.

The blower motor resister shorted out common problem. It is located behind the glove box on the HVAC assembly.

1999 Jeep Cherokee sport/air vents do not blow out cold or hot while it is on

this sounds like the recirculation door in the heater box is broken and this is a difficult and can be an expensive repair as the dash has to be removed for access. a quick check for this is if you release the glove box and let it hang you will see the heater box if you reach up to the left top you will feel a grid and the recirc flap is housed there you can operate the blower and hot and cold and see if flap moves

Driving down the road and heater guit blowing out heat

Pretty sure I have answered this about a million times. Blower motor is on engine side of firewall on passenger side. You can run a hot lead to it to check if it's working! You did check fuse... Right?
