Hello mellissa, the 2000 malibu does not have a fuel reset switch. Check the fuel pump relay in the fuse box under the hood. Check for fuel pressure. You should be able to hear the fuel pump come on for a few seconds when you turn the key to the run position....Your fuel pump might have failed. I hope this helps.
no, but I can tell you how to reset theft system. turn key on engine off for about 15 min, after 15 min, turn off for about 15 seconds, then try and start car. if not running repeat reset.
try the 10 minute re-learn: put key in ignition and attempt to start, let off the key and leave in the run position for about 10 minutes or untill the security light goes out, shut key off and wait 5 seconds, attempt to start vehicle normally, it should start.
