Make sure alternator is charging ? Still could be bad battery, i know you said you had it checked ?? also check all ground wires to make sure they are tight...

Check the alternator fuse. It is either part of the positive battery clamp or it is a square block fuse in the fuse block. When the fuse blows the battery will go dead while you are driving even though the battery and charging system are working perfectly. The clamp style fuse is only available from the dealer. The block fuse is sometimes bolted in but can be purchased at an auto store. If the after market fuse hose bolt holes instead of slots , open the bolt holes and create slots so you can slide the fuse into place with out having to unbolt the entire fuse block to install it.
