2002 trailblazer 4.2L i6 P1345 rough idle changed cam phase solenoid ,cam phase acturator, spark plugs, cam sensor, crank sensor, timing chain & gears case relearn with no help

On this make and model. For P1345 code. If the cam phase solenoid isn't dirty and sticking. Most likely is the timing chain components causing this code. Biggest nightmare job to do. Half the truck has to come apart to fix. Mine was same year. It had two broken timing chain guide bolts, holding down the drivers side guide shoe. This caused a knocking sound in the timing chain area as well. And, this threw off all of the timing chain components.
