Dash display went out - 1995 Cadillac DeVille

Check the dimmer control on the headlight switch

Bad ground under the dash, no doubt. Check all of your chassis ground connections.

The lights in the radio may have gone or are loose. May be time for a new radio.

If you found no other cause then the display computer inside the dash cluster display has failed. You will need to remove the cluster and have it re-manufactured at a GM approved repair facility. Call Your dealer and find out where they send there clusters for repair.

I'm not sure what model Toyota you have, but in a Camry, the cause is most likely a blown fuse. This is a 10A fuse labelled "Gauges" located behind a cover in the dash panel

Unfortunately there may not be a cheap fix for this. You can try to replace the switch that dims your dash lights, but you will probably have to replace your digital dash.

Mine went blank after condensation inside windshield dripped behind the dash (sunroof drain problem). After a few months, in really dry winter weather, digital display time, gears, odometer came back. I assume water inside dash just needed time to evaporate. Sure beats $1000 to replace unit inside dash!

it's your computer modul it went out i had the same poblem know it works

inside the dash behind the information display ( speed, gas, etc ) you will find wires that are loose..you will have to replace them. i have a 1983 Olds Regency 98 that had the same problem.
