Usually a bad switch pack or broken wire on the drivers door where the bellows looking boot protects the wire. When the door is opened and closed over the years the wires will break from bending while the door is opened. You will need to use a probe volt meter and a wire diagram to see which one is broken. Sometimes the wire will be spliced apart making it easy to find.

This is most likely impossible if either is a late model vehicle. As far as wiring you will need to cut the factory Radio harness out of the Hyundai, you will also need a wire diagram for the Hyundai. You will need to buy a harness designed to install an aftermarket head unit into the Toyota, the new harness will come with a description of which wires perform what function. You will then need to match these to the wires on the harness cut from the Hyundai using the diagram. Even if you do all this other hyundai radio will not bolt in where the factory Toyota radio was, and there is no adapter made for something like this. I would suggest just buying an aftermarket stereo. It will be MUCH easier and will almost definitely sound better than a stock Hyundai unit.

Do the doors lock normally when using the manual switch on the dirver's door panel? If so, the problem is in the ETACS module. Here's the wiring diagram:
