FUEL PUMP RELAY EITHER LOCATED ON THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE OF THE ENGINE COWL OR FUEL PUMP RELAY LOCATED IN THE RELAY BRACKET ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FIRE WALL.

There are wires in the trunk on the driver's side under the carpet up high on the wheel area. There is a coupling that I forgot that I had disconnected and could not start my son's 1994 Buick Century. I reconnected it and the car started right up. I disconnected it because I thought I had to in order to remove the tail light lens in order to replace the tail light lens. I totally forgot I had disconnected those wires.
If your son's wires are broken that connect to that coupling, that could be the problem. These wires control the fuel pump.
