SOURCE: horn wont blow

the problem is the rotating contact that connects the horn to the steering column wiring harness, this part is called the clock-spring contact, u must remove the steering wheel to change the part out.

If it's the same as a Trailblazer you have to first remove the "bowtie" from the front between the two light bezels. Gentle pull forward and the pressure clips will release. Don't be shy. There are no screws. Than with the light bezels exposed you will see a metal clip that has to be pulled back to release the bezel and it will swing forward to allow you access to the bulb.

Where is fuse located for horn (driver) 2004. Gmc envoy

If possible, pull the horn relay, use jumper wire on switch side of relay, right side in diagram. If the horn sounds, it's not the fuse. Sometimes these diagrams don't post, for some reason? good luck

If it's not the relays that are bad in my 2003 gmc envoy lt ,for horn what could it be

The horn could be bad. The wiring could be damaged. The connections to the horn could be loose/corroded.
A Model A horn made in 1934 will still work. The new junk - not so much.
I had the horn go bad on a 2011.
Place a voltmeter across the horn connections at the horn and have someone press the horn on the steering wheel.
If it reads 12volts, it's a bad horn.

Horn location

Horns are on the radiator support bracket just behind the grille on the lower end of the bracket. The horn button on the steering wheel operates the horn relay in the under hood fuse box. Test it to see if it works.

2004 envoy horn don't work but relay is making a clicking sound when you push the horn is it a bad relay or what might the problem be

In the end, I think you will find you are in line for a new horn (or two). The clicking sound means there is electricity getting to the relais.
I don't know your situation, but you might consider trying a used one before you buy a new one.
For example, borrow one from someone.
Maybe you can't.
Be blessed.

Horn won't work

Sounds like the problem is in the horn pad if it works with the alarm.

Horn works when you hit the alarm button but dont work when you hit the horn from the steering wheel

Check the fuses first, the alarm is likely wired in after the fuse for the horn switch on its own fuse. If it is not the fuse it is either the horn switch itself (inside the steering wheel) or the wiring. If the alarm was installed at the factory when the truck was made it is most likely a fuse, then the switch. If the alarm was installed aftermarket it is most likely a fuse, then the wiring where the alarm was spliced into the horn wire, then the switch. Get back to me if this doesn't help.
