As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector. Let it sit for atleast 5mins. then reconnect it again. It surely is a system failure and removing the positive battery connector can reset the system.
If problem still persists I strongly suggest that you have it looked at by a professional for it may need an on hand trouble shooting.

Try, unlocking and locking the door with the key, unlock with the key open door closed door, turn your ingnition to the II, turn ing off open door and close lock the door with the key from the driver's side. Hope this helps..

2003 denali stopped running while driving

#1 This may be your anti theft system, (with the car in park) make sure all (doos are completly closed) and windows in the up position stand outside next to driver door and stick the key in the lock turn to lock and then turn to unlock this will diable the alarm also try passenger door lock. This will also silance the alarm once it's triggerd

#2 Remove positive cable on battery for 12 min. re connect battery cable repete # 1

Replace the dimmer control. The door lock switch needs to be inspected. Repair may be possible.

Headlights, interior lights are out and service 4x4 light is on

try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes. Then if you have a remote lock, lock and unlock three times in a row as this will often reset the computer. Or, borrow a code reader from one of the parts stores and see what codes are stored. Once you have the code, go online and Google it.

Jeep alarm will not turn off

The ignition security on/off is located at the trunk lock. unlock and lock rear gate and the alarm will turn off. My jeep sat in my drive for a month before a jeep tech told me this. It still triggers the security sometimes when I unlock the passenger door with the key and I go straight to the rear gate lock and it shuts off instantly.

The first thing you should do is check your transmission fluid! then look for leaksif it keeps happening and the last step would be to look into getting the tranny checked by a mechanic.
