IF YOU CANT OPEN DOOR FROM OUTSIDE TRY OPEN DOOR FROM INSIDE.I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHILE BACK.IF YOU CANT OPEN CAR DOOR FROM INSIDE,TRY OPEN CAR DOOR FROM THE OUT SIDE.

Here is a detailed solution on how to reset your 1992 camry;
1.Open the fuse panel cover in the driver's side footwell by pulling down on the fuse panel cover. 2.Locate the fuse for the electronic control unit, or ECU. 3.Pull the ECU fuse using the fuse pullers in the fuse panel. 4.Turn the ignition to the "On" position and wait five minutes. Then reinsert the fuse. The check engine light will blink several times before going out. This will reset the computer on your 1992 Camry Thanks..
well i purchased a brand new door handle from ebay for $20 dollars.if you are mechanically inclined,all you have to do is remove the door panel and the handle is held in place with 2 10mm screws and 1 clip that holds the door lock rod in place.if you are not inclined to do this,my guess would be about 30 to 40 dollars for labor and i would get the part myself from ebay because if you let the shop get it,they will most likely overcharge you for it.hope this info helps.take care and good luck, manny
you can take a screw driver and pry it off. Be careful if you have power windows, if it falls right off then it could pull the wires loose. The panels have clips that clip to the door. Therefore, the only way to get the panel off is to pry it off.
Most likely a broken wire in the harness from front drivers door...open up and cut off the rubber boot and fix broken wires...they tend to break after a few thousand opens and closes...then wrap with electrical tape to replace the rubber boot...Lee
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to
get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel
and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and
disconnect the wiring for your controls
Sounds like the power lock actuator is going.On some cars it's part of the door latch and somethey are sep.. To remove door panel remove all the srews and pull out on panel. actuator is in lower corner of door. should be easy to find just use power locks and listen.
