Check under the back seat. the back seat can be removed by pulling up on the front of the seat.

I am assuming the car is still under factory warranty. If so, I would not touch it for fear of voiding that warranty.
A mechanic would disconnect the battery and check each circuit in the car for the drain. It takes time and effort.
