{: ) Check the underhood fuse labelled BLWR (40amp). Check the rear fuseblock fuses labelled HVAC (20amp), HVAC1 (10amp), and HVACB (10amp).
The next most common cause is a faulty blower resistor.
You may also have a malfunctioning blower; it could be stuck, or open circuited, or the connectors are faulty. The HVAC controller is also a possible culprit, although it seldom happens.

Does the blower motor work properly? Can you hear the blower motor when you change speeds?
Next, I have to check the actuators under the dash. Can you check for hvac trouble codes? Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free.

2006 gmc envoy blower motor dosenot work on level 4

You have a defective blower motor resistor pack or the wire harness/connector to the resistor pack is damaged. These items are located under the dash on the passenger side behind the glovebox.

My 2006 GMC Envoy heater fan has stopped working. I checked the switch and it is good. I didn't know how to get to motor itself to check it there. Any suggestions?

The blower motor is located behind the glove box. Open the glove box and at the left rear is a wire catch mechanism, push on this and the box will move further down. The motor and blower motor resistor module can be accessed here. Does the blower work on any of the speeds? If yes, then suspect the resistor module. If no, check for a blown fuse or bad motor.
