If the fuse keeps on blowing it is because of too much current being used by the lights you may have a bare wire in the trunk touching something causing a short circuit or one of the tail lights may be damaged if you have had something in the trunk EG. a tool box or the like that has been moving around while you have been traveling, you need to check for any damage to the lights or wiring.....hope this helps......cheers.

I have a 2001 potiac grand prix with no tail lights the same bulb work turn signal an brake lights they r fine ive checked all fuses and replaced all bulbs even replaced the light switch still no tail

no, they are not the same. The multifunction switch is on the steering column and controls wipers, turn signals, and hi/low beam headlights. Dash switch is on the dash and generally turns lights on and off and frequently also controls brightness of dash lights. I had a Camry that had the same thing happening...ended up having a toggle switch put in to control the tail lights...fixed the issue.

Tail lights not working

Sounds like a bad headlight switch. Pull one from a donor vehicle (junk yard) to replace yours.
