no you needs a new lock actuator on that door its about $90 installed,
all the locks are on same circuit . sorry about the bad news :(

The automatic door actuator must be responsible or open all door including the boot and close them one after the other firmly,see if it work and if it does not work your door actuator need replace.

yes thats how manual locking systems work. you must lock all the doors one by one or lock them with the inside switch then get out and lock the drivers door.

When you use your remote or insert your key in the Drivers Front door all the door locks should work at the same time by the door lock motors electrically. If you have to manually unlock the door because it will not lock or unlock by the lock motor, you need a door lock motor. The drivers and passengers front doors can unlocked with the key manually only. The rear doors you have to pull up the latch. 
If NONE of doors unlock electrically with the remote or drivers door lock, intermittently or all the time, you will need a Central Locking Electronic Control Module. Pressing the remote button you will hear the "beep", but no door locks will fire at all. 
If you have a few odd door locks not working intermittently or not at all, you will need a new door lock motor for each door lock that malfunctions. You can hear if the door locks are working electrically. Yes, they are common problem. 
If you can hear the door lock motor working but the door still doesn't unlock you need to take the door panel off and lubricate the door latch assembly and work the lock, loosening it up. This is common as well.
Sometimes a bad door lock motor can blow the central locking fuse. You will notice it because it will take a second or two longer to lock and unlock compared to the others. If the door lock motors seem fine, install a the next step up in amperage fuse. (From 15 AMP to a 20 AMP)

There is a feature called "delayed locking". If you get out of your vehicle and the keys are left in the ignition when you manually lock the doors with the door lock switch, the system will warn you the keys are in the ignition and do you really want to lock the door.
If you manually lock the door with the door lock switch a second time and shut the door, the locking system will lock all doors in 7 seconds and lock you out.

You can disable the feature through you DIC or have your dealer do it for you. The instructions are in the owners manual if you would like to try it.

Open the door panels and lube all of your lock mechanisms. They tend to get stuck and it harms the locking motor. After I lube mine up, they freely move. Just spray some lithium grease and manually lock and unlock the door with the rocker until it moves very easily. You'll probably have to do this once a year like I do.

Actually I found a solution. I remove the lock relay form the fuse panel and placed it back in place. I did not replace it. After doing this they worked. I probably need to replace the relay at some point, but for now that solved the problem. It was hard for me to believe that there is a separate relay for the lock and unlock circuit.
