I have a 2007 ES350, 47K miles, few weeks ago a had 4 tires replaced @ discount tire & a full alginment service @ firestone auto shop, last week on friday the vsc light come on & the engine light come on, when driving the car it was shaking, the engine light flashing, the engine sound noisy

Sounds like this shop is trying to take advantage of you because you're a female and unlikely to be knowledgeable about cars. If you have a male relative. friend, significant other, co-worker, etc. , ask him to take your car to this shop and ask the service advisor about the condition of the tires. I'd bet a week's pay that he gets a different story (of course, I'm now retired so I don't get paid weekly LOL). It's a cruel and all to common practice. If you can't enlist any help, take your car to a different shop and have them check it out. I think you're being swindled..

Did firestone changed new TPMS sensor for your vehicle?

You should check your Tire Pressure, ensure it is the recommended PSI (guessing 32 or 35) and once you confirm ALL TIRES are the same and the recommended pressure..

PRESS THE RESET BUTTON inside the FUSE PANEL and your problem will go away...

Ensure your Tire Pressure is correct and RESET your Tire Pressure in the FUSE BOX. They neglected to reset your Pressure

or

They Broke your one of your Sensors (Those Basttarts).. If that happened, bring it back to Firestone

if wobble before alignment- you have front end damage-upper or lower ball joint or cv joint- if after align ment_TAKE BACK TO ALIGNMENT SHOP- either way have looked at asap.

make sure all of your tires match (same brand and size) . Also if one tire is significantly more worn then the others, it can cause this as well. When you rotated and balanced your tires, did you replace just one? If so, and the others aren't close to new, it will cause this.

the air pressure in the spare tire is low add air to proper pressure and it will reset itself spare pressure low the perform service could also be for tire but check owners manual for reset service reminders or have scanned at an auto store sum,such as auto zone / advanced auto do it for free and can reset the code via scanner

chevrolet uses tire pressure sensors for the system, check the tire pressure in all tires including spare and they should be set to about 38psi. If any of the tires are low it will trigger the abs because the abs system goes off wheel speed and a low tire will throw off the reading.

I recommend taking your vehicle to a shop (any shop) that use a Hunter tire balancer. These machines can detect all variables that affect ride quality by not only spinning the rim, but it uses a roller to inspect the tire itself for its "road force". They can also measure the rim while on the machine for run-out to detect for a bent rim. There can be times when a tire can be mounted to the wheel in a postion that promotes more vibration, but the hunter machines can check and show the correct location to minimize the feel to the driver.
