Code P0304 cylinder #4 missfire the test is somewhat long, you did the right thing with the plugs and wires, that is were we would have started also but now that, that did not work it is time to go to work,,,here is the test for the code.....good luck

If you haven't already had the code cleared, get it cleared at AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts. You could also probably disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes and then restore power and see if the code is still there. If it is still there, you will need to have it cleared with a code scanner.
Since it's only cylinder 4 misfiring, I can't imagine your Ignition control module is the culprit, but it could be possible. When not replaced, vehicle could experience no- or hard start, long
crank time, misfire, lack of power, inconsistent transmission shift
points, spark plug fouling, catalytic converter failure, poor fuel
economy or CEL/MIL illumination.
You might also want to check the compression in the cylinder 4 if the code continues to reappear after having it cleared.
