Have you tried replacing the fuel filter? Bogging down is such a generic discription that it could mean with your AC on or off; whether the vehicle is running hot; etc. So I will have to go with the most common reasons which is fuel filter and fuel pump; followed by fouled plugs and plug wires.

I turn van on and go the van boggs down then the service engine light turns on and it smells like raw gas

Does it only bogg down on acceleration or all the time? If its only on acceleration you want to check for any loose vaccuum lines leading to the intake. In addition you want to check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail and make sure that the engine is getting fuel. If so check the injectors. A clogged fuel injector or one that is leaking can cause the bogging issue and the smell of raw gas.

5.7 liter vortec runs fine on startup then boggs down

check the fuel pump pressure you might not be getting the amount of fuel your truck needs to keep running an easy way to check is to tap the gas when it starts to bog if it picks back up thats what the problem is.

I have a 95 s10 4.3 which starts nd runs fines

spider injection is a common problem with these vehicles, is it consuming gas more than usual, is the oil smelling like gas? The spider is located under the upper intake plenem. There is also a fuel pressure regulator connected to the spider assembly that may be faulty.

2000 Honda Passport wont start.

I ended up finding a repair shop here in Cleveland. The problem ended up being a short in the electrical system. My fuse kept blowing. That's why it wouldn't restart. If you decide to take your vehicle to a repair shop, have them check out the electrical system. My problem was found under the drivers side fender. Some of the wires were corroded. Good luck!
