I have e320 model 1993 the lambs to the right of the tableau are always lighted ( like SRS , ABS , the other 2 lambs)

WHEN I START MY MERCEDES C- 180 MODEL 1997 YHE SRC LIGHT REMAIN ON AND THE AIR BAG LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON , HOW EVER IF I USE DIPPER OR WIPER BOTH DOES NOT WORK INSTEAD THESR LIGHT FLIERS WHEN WIPER LEVER IS PLACED ON OR THE LIGHT GOES OF TILL THE TIME DIPPER SWITCH IS PRESSED

brake light could be a sensor wire or the pads are worn out ,the srs light could be the wiring connections under the front seats ,the connectors need a clean or rubbish under the seat has dislodged them.Abs light coming on could be caused by the low brake pads but its doubtful more like one of the metal toothed rings is loose on the drive shaft ,also could be low on brake fluid if the pads have worn down and the fluid level has dropped

try disconecting negative battery terminal for a few seconds

ok first the srs light is on when there is a malfunctioning with the airbag system, need to get that check out, and about the transmission you should check the fluid to see if it is on level of if it needs a flush.
Here is how to do that..
1- open hood 2- by the driver's side on the engine there is a dip stick that says transmission fluid 3- check if it is in right level
if it is not recomend a transmission fluid flush and check transmission

My Chiltons manual for the toyota seinna 1998-2002 it says that with the lite always on means ecu malfunction and the action to take is ' ecu problem '. Sometimes these manuals leave a lot to be desired.

there appears to be a speed sensor on every wheel with the abs actuator assembly(including ecu) is attached to the brake booster.

the manual says. . . .The ABS computer(ECU) is mounted within the ABS actuator and is the ' brain' for the ABS system. The function of the computer is to accept and process information recieved from the wheel speed sensors to control the hydraulic line pressure, avoiding wheel lock up. The computer aslo constantly monitores the system, even under normal driving conditions, to find faults within the system.
If a problem develops within the system, an "ABS" light will glow on the dashboard. A diagnostic cod will also be stored in the computer and, when retrieved, will indicate problem area or component.

No always start small before you spend money like that. Remove sensor and clean.

Without going to a dealer, you need to get a scan tool to reset the srs light. Go to an Autozone store, They will scan it and reset it free of charge.

sorry but your going to have to take it to the dealer to get that light reset.

We had the seat pan replaced on the passenger side because the SRS indication came on. My wife put her knee right in the middle of the seat, probably breaking the sensor, while assisting the kids in the back seat.
