My hood light and cigareete lighter dont work

Yours is under the back seat. The panel lid is marked for the fuses.

To access fuse panel you are looking for that holds the lighter fuse open the passenger door and look on the right end of the instrument panel (dash) There is an access panel that just pulls off. Pull it off and there are your fuses.

you have some blown fuses check to make sure ther are no pennys that have fallen in the sockets this is quite common

m6 cigarrete lighter fuse is located under the mat and can find the guide to which their as well. its fuse number 22IIRC.

sounds like a fuse blown as im sure they run off the same 1 .

i would start by checking each fuse in fuse box,[both sides of fuse] with test light 12 volt,[usually there is a metal spot on both sides of fuse that you can check with test light,or volt meter with metal probe on end of test lead wire].

Check the engine compartment. It's definitely a fuse that has blown.
