If your Tazz 130 is not starting and the alarm goes off, there could be a few possible causes for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Check the battery: Ensure that the battery is fully charged and properly connected. A weak or dead battery can prevent the car from starting and trigger the alarm.
2. Disable the alarm: If the alarm is causing the problem, try disabling it by using the key fob or unlocking the car manually with the key. Refer to your car's manual for specific instructions on how to disable the alarm.
3. Check the immobilizer: Some cars have an immobilizer system that can prevent the engine from starting if it detects unauthorized access. Make sure you are using the correct key and that it is programmed correctly. If you suspect an issue with the immobilizer, consult a professional mechanic or your car's dealership.
4. Check for any other issues: Inspect the ignition system, such as the spark plugs, ignition coil, and starter motor, for any signs of damage or malfunction. It is also a good idea to check for any loose or corroded electrical connections.
If you are unable to diagnose or fix the problem on your own, it is recommended to take your car to a qualified mechanic or contact the manufacturer's support for further assistance.
The key fob unlocks the doors and turns the alarm and immobilizer off. Your key goes in the ignition and starts it, but the fob isn't present. Call out a mobile auto locksmith or a car alarm / radio installer. They can sell you a fob and program the key.
if alarm went off using key would normally reset it you may have a problem with the immobilizer [key or ignition cylinder ] failure the fob turns on and off entry alarm the the key and ignition need to work together to start vehicle check and examine the key and cylinder circuit for wear or failure
the immobilizer might be stuck on, remove battery then go turn the ignition to number 2 for a few seconds then connect the battery make sure you put red lead on first then the black lead, then get in the care. it should have fob remote on this model so remove the fob off the keys. turn key to number to then press the fob buttons lock and open that should turn off the immobilizer, the doors should lock and unlock , then turn key back to 0. wait a second and then try to start engine. ,
You have an electronic immobilizer key recognition problem. Your key chip is not recognized by the transponder antenna fitted on the ignition switch barrel. Do you have this warning symbol lightning on the dashboard?
This warning lamp indicates that the engine is locked by the immobilizer system, and the engine start sequence must be repeat again.
From year 1995 in Audi-VW (VAG) cars is used engine immobilizer. The VAG group immobilizer system consists of an immobilizer ECU which controls the recognition of keys and the Engine Management ECU system. Immobilizer is activated when the ignition key is removed and, together with the engine control unit, largely prevents unauthorized starting of the engine. The system uses a transmitter and receiver unit in the ignition key (transponder). Whenever an attempt is made to start the engine, it transmits a new code to the car's electronics. The immobilizing is only cancelled and car motor electronic receives permission to start engine if the key sends a right authorization code.
Use another ignition key that you have, and start the engine.
You will need to programm all ignition keys using suitable diagnostic equipment (VAS, VAG-Com) connected to the data link connector of the car.
after changing battery the system is continuosley alarming and will not accept the engineers code or reset
