You stated the horn (in the engine compartment) and the price for a horn. The horn system has three components. The physical horn, the horn relay and the horn button. give horn direct power, its probably good, swap the relay, and horn still dont work, then you have to replace the clock spring in steering wheel, if horn isn't part of the clock spring(usually controlls button on steering wheel and horn), if horn isnt part of clock spring, then you still have to take off steering wheel and replace that switch.
