I put a water pump, a fan that works direct, a thermostat, a coolant temp sensor what can I put next.to make the fan work with its relay.I notice that the fuse to the fan have no electricity.

So the problem is it is running hot
Replace the radiator flush the complete system this means the
block and likely the heater core .
Do it all at wonce or you will be wasteing your time and will blow intake or head gaskets in the near future

The cooling fan on my 2006 chrysler pacifica wont blow?

Look under the hood above the battery. In the box are your fuses and relays look for a bad fuse or a bad blower motor relay. If you read the cover you will see there are spare relays in the box just swap them

Sensor light on, checked at auto store told ,cooler relay fan not functioning in the 2006 pacifica, would like to know where it is located and how to install it or is this a job for an auto mechanic

The cooler/ radiator fan driver relay is located in the black box just behind your drivers side headlight assy under the hood. It is your power distribution control. You can follow the printed diagram on the cover to locate the relay you are in need of replacing.
