Cooling fan and ac compressor has no power. I jumped power to fan that works. I jumped power to compressor clutch that works any ideas. I also checked the fuses.
What I know about A/C is that if there is no pressure in the system the compressor will not work it never receives the message from the low and high pressure sensors in the circuit. What I know about A/C is that if there is no pressure in the system the compressor will not work it never receives the message from the low and high pressure sensors in the circuit.

if there is nothing wrong with the ac pulley bearing , just disconnect the power to the compressor and use it as an idle pulley
because the ac pulley is in the system , and another belt that by passes that pulley will have the belt grooves running on a flat idler and the belt life is considerably reduced to over come that will require another idler pulley and bracket
The compressor clutch won't engage unless there is freon in the system. Connecting a gauge to the low pressure port should tell you if there is. Pressure in a system that isn't running varies with the outside temperature.
Yes, they do have cooling fans. Some Grand Cherokees came with just an electric cooling fan, some had a hydraulic cooling fan driven off of the power steering, some had a mechanical clutch type fan, and some had a mechanical clutch type fan and electric fan. It really depends on what type off fan you have. It sounds like you have an electric fan that the fan relay has gone out. The fan relay is located under the right front portion of the bumper. Hope this helps.
Your clutch is not being energized - ergo the compressor will not run - no AC. Get yourself a schematic so you can intelligently trace all of the wiring to your clutch and locate the source of the problem. Afterthought - check out the thermostat setting? That is in series with clutch winding and .............................
Believe the AC compressor Relay is located on the left side of the Fuse block inside the passenger kick panel. Exact location is in your owners manual.
Fuel pump relay is inside of the Engine Fuse block under the hood on the passenger side. Locations are written inside of the lid.
