There is usually a fuse in the radio itself,or in the radio harness .Also when you check the fuses there are two in the car-one for the always on power and one for the ignition power to the radio.Check the operaters manual to see which ones you need to check.If the radio need to come out you should be able to find the anchor nut under the radio knobs,they just pull off.Good luck.

look in dash board for the manual that come with vehicle . it will tell you that you have to give it another code. if you dont have the dash manual .dealer ship get you one.

try 1111 if that does not work radio needs to removed for dealer to use reference number on back so they can get code from kia
talk to dealer first.
