check belt for damage or wear ---check all pulleys a bearing maybe bad and causing a wobble or not turning --check the tension pulley if no tention belt will be to loose
first look at belt if loose worn cracked glazed or just plain old and worn out change because a bad belt makes noise when slipping on pulleys ------if belt is good than look at belt tensioner ---- and pulleys to all components ---and listen to the area when vehicle running for grinding or squeal
You have to have adequate fuel pressure to start your motor and for your motor to keep started and run efficiently I would check your fuel pump I had a 2000 Lexus LS400 I had to replace the fuel pump
