91 honda ex, passenger front seat belt is not working and the light in the dash board keeps lit, I have check the fuses for it, and all the connection to the belt and it seems all intact...any advise?

Your 1991 model Accord has automatic front retracting shoulder belts and, more than likely, the power retractor motor has gone bad on the passenger side front. If the shoulder seat belt is not in the retracted position, up close against the seat, when the car is running, the seat belt light will stay lit on your dash. Have the seat belt motor inspected and replaced if necessary.

How do I take the lower part of the back seats off from a 1997 Honda accord I dropped my phone down there and I need to get it back

give them a good yank at the front of the bottom and they should pull up. Sometimes you have to "push rearward" and then pull up.
