Let's start with the simple things - are you getting spark?
To check - you will need a friend to try to start the van - and you will
1- pull an EASY plug wire to get to - doesn't matter much which one.
Try holding the wire about 1/4 inch away from the cap while your friend trys to start the van. Do this in a NON well lit area - shadows will help tell your eye if it is sparking or not. In BRIGHT light you will not always see the spark if you're not trained.
Get back to me with if it sparks or not.

Possible clog fuel filter. Bad spark plug or wires.( usually spark plugs so check them first, oily, damage, dry, spark Etc..) Check engine oil if there's any mix with coolant. Check air filter. Battery must be fully charge( sometime it may turn but not fast enough)

Did you try changing plugs and WIRES!! wires are the most common cause of this problem, under load if you have a bad cracked wire it will "leak" the spark causing a weaker spark there for making your spark at the plug weak not burning the entire charge in the cylinder. If this still doesn't solve your problem being the cheap way (im sure it may fix it) try by changing your coil packs let me know what happens. If all else fails you may have a sloppy injector

may be your fuel nozzles are clogged did you checked tham ? or may be your fuel filter is clogged that prevents sufficent amount of fuel comming to your engine

Under the dash for sure, but you may need to drop the whole box and may be mounted with bolts from the engine compartment. You will need to disconnect the hoses from the core from under the hood
