I have a broken driver side lighted visor mirror (Lexus RX330, 2005). Can you recommend a good online source for a replacement part, either the whole visor or just the mirror. Thanks

Do a draw test on the battery and then start pulling fuses while you watch the amp meter.. Also check for lights left on like glove box light, vanity mirror lights left on in sun visors, these are the most common source of draws.
I'm not sure you can. Talk to a Subaru parts guy at a dealership. What I can tell you for sure is this: I replaced the passenger side visor on a '94 Legacy Lsi that was torn off when the car was stolen and driven from WV to FL. I couldn't find a used one and the insurance company wound up paying 135 bux for an original equipment replacement. Good luck. . .
if you can not find one at any auto parts stores. then go to a junk yard and see if you can get the whole visor, it will be cheaper if you can find one. good-day !
This is a common problem with your vehicle. There are lots of blogs online about others having the same issues. Replacement price for the visor has been quoted from as low as $500 to $900... because of the garage door control. As far as a fix... the only thing people have been able to do is to wedge the pivot point of the visor with paper or other hard materials to cause additional friction. The only real permanent solution is replacement, but unfortunately that visor is quite expensive because of the garage door controller that is built into it.Keep in mind that even wedging something into the pivot point may only prove to be a temporary solution, but one that many drivers find as the best alternative due to the cost of replacement.
The "post" mounted into the roof/headliner has a plastic "cap" cover over the screws, I believe. If not simply remove the screws and drop the visor down...it may have a wire that connects power for the vanity mirror...just find the tiny clips and disconnect. I'd look for the visor using a junkyard "landline" search-first. Trim pieces like visors can be difficult to locate depending where you live in the country. Dealer-sourced, expect to spend $$$ per visor Good Luck
Sun visor lights,... remove the sun visor clips you will find a copper insert inside the clip if this has broken (they do) you will need to replace them they 're about $12-15 ea. put them in & open your mirror "Gorgeous" For the horn check the wire leads on the horn they are probably loose
There are two little plastic pins that snap against a spring steel clip and these have broken off.. - for @ $180.usd you can replace the unit.. or we applied two small velcro discs ( ask at any hardware store) under the mirror and cover and that seems to work fine. They also make adhesive magnet strip that might work. A fix that we used for a few weeks was to clip the garage door opener on this visor..it held it in place nicely. Good luck
