If it turns on and off with all the others that do it, then thats probably normal.
If you are worried, try asking a mechanic.
Generally in the example of the airbag light, the light turns on, then off to signify that its working.
In my car i can turn the airbag off and then the light stays on to remind me.
I had the same problem after someone tried to steal my 2000 Dodge Ram truck. I replaced the ignition switch and key tumbler, after that, when I turned the key, the key in ignition chime came on, but when I turned the key, it wouldn't crank, turned out to be the 50amp run fuse under the hood, replaced thar, started right up! But then had the abs and airbag lights on, no speedometer, and no power windows or blower motor! Traced that to the 30amp ign/run fuse under the hood. Didn't look bad, but when I took the little plastic cover off the fuse, I could see the hairline break in the link! Replaced that, and now I'm back to normal! Hope this helps someone out there!
Air bag light should go on each time you start the car, after a few seconds it turns off. Usually Air bag wiring is on its own for safety reasons. If you are having a short in your electrical system the first thing you should look at is your ground wire. When the problem started did you have any work done on the car? I have seen radio installers put in the wrong screws which have pierced lines. Hope this helps!
The fan should come on with the A/C OR if the engine gets hot. If the engine is overheating at stops, it is not getting a proper command signal from the computer. Is the car overheating?
The airbag light indicates that the system has detected a fault. The system will not work while the light is on, so if you want your airbags to work, you will need to have the system scanned for trouble codes.

Take it to a different shop. Something is wrong with it. However, when the airbag light is on, that means the airbag will not deploy in an accident. You should have that fixed first. The dealership is the best option for making the keyless entry work. If this was at all helpful, please rate. Thanks for
asking.
Have it checked by a professional as soon as possible, airbag has a problem wich can be as simple as a short in the wiring or as harmful as the possibility of deploying airbags without any warning. Please take advice.
