2001 Lincoln ls v6 throttle body hose diagram after throttle body

On a V6 driver side front of engine in hose assy,
in front of power steering pump

On a V8 behind the Throttle Body, hard to miss that one,
the radiator hose goes to it.

V8 behind throttle body -follow radiator hose

V6 in hose on driver side, about middle of engine
at the front

On a 3.9 V8 it is on the end of the hose under the
power brake booster,next to the degas bottle (coolant container)
below master cyl

On the 3.0 V6 it is on top off a coolant hose near
the throttle body

V8 or 6 Does the vac device have a green cap on it?

This sounds like you have a pcv hose that has become an open vacuum leak. It is located under the upper intake, or given the year your air filter box may not be correctly sealed and possibly have a mass air flow sensor concern. Any Check engine light or codes to work with ? I f you have further questions just leave a comment on my page,

id clean the throttle body before spending more money on anything else, as carbon build up can cause rough idling.
you can clean it with throttle body cleaner, or just gasoline and a toothbrush, then wipe off the build up.

inspect throttle linkage, it may be disconnected or broken
