First you need to check the switch that is underneath where the brake peddle is at to see if the pin inside is going in and out because this is what happend to my car awhile ago that keeped my brake lights on all the time so check this. Brake switches go bad but not always right away. Fuses do not go bad unless there is a short somewhere with the wires.

RUNNING LIGHTS WORK BUT BREAK LIGHTS DONT

If you are sure that the bulbs are not burned out then you need to test the socket to make sure they are getting power. If no power at that point then you are looking at a bad socket, wire or fuse.

Hi I have no power in my radio my husband said the fuses look fine can you please help?

looking at a fuse is no way to tell if it is any good or not.it must be checked with a test light as there could be a small break in the fuse that you can`t tell by looking at it.i`ve even had one were the test light should a good fuse but when tested with a ohm meter with the fuse out of the fuse panel across the prongs it checked bad,it had a break in the section of the fuse that you can`t see through.

I cant put my rover into gear. What do i do?

take it to a workshop that either can repair automatic transmissions or manual transmissions, i dont know hich because you dont say what type of gearbox you have. If its a manual, then is the clutch faulty ? if its automatic then do you have any oil in the gearbox ?

Did you check the glove box for fuses? There is a switch in the steering column too that could be the issue.

My cigarrete lighter doesnt work, so i think i blew a fuse, but i dont have the fuse cover so i dont know which fuse it is i need to change so please just get me the fuse i ened to change caus ei need that...

all you need to do is buy a cheep test light in the 5-10 range. ground the test light and touch the metal in the fuse you do not need to take the fuse out. check both sides of the fuse you will see 2 metal pices on the back of the fuse were it tells you how many amps the fuse is. that is what you touch with the test light. the light should light up if not the fuses are bad. if the fuse is good take the test light and ground it again you can clip it to the side of the cig lighter socket. and put the test light prob into the cig lighter socket becarefull not to touch the sides of the socket and just touch dead center bottom and if the test light does not light up you know your Cig socket has burnt out
