Are you using authentic nissan parts ? If you are, not that is where your problem might exist .Have you checked the clutch pedal to ensure it is not sticking or binding somewhere ? If the master cylinder piston is sticking you may experience this problem .

If so check the fluid. this is a hydraulic clutch,
If fluid is gone check for a leak or a bad Clutch Master Cylinder
Sounds like the clutch disc it sticking on the input shaft, or you don't have something correctly aligned in the clutch pressure plate. Or possibly the throwout bearing sticking.
