check for blockages in the piping, this may be blocking the flow of the antifreeze.
Also check the coolant you are using it needs to be a 50-50 ratio of coolant and water in most cases. Please go by the manual.
if you want to test or skills go ahead but beware this is a major job. the whole dash has to be removed and you have to break onpen the a/c lines and then you hace to deal with that.if i wasnt a good mech i whoudnt tackle this job. i have done this repair many times and its not that hard its alot of bolts and a lot of time. O and i would suggest replacing the blend door that pevit on them selfs youll see wht im talkin about if you do the job. best of luck.
sounds like the clutch field on or bearing on the front of the compressor went bad take a closer look at the pulley on the comp. and see if there is any debris or melted plastic coming out behind the pulley,if so the clutch, field and bearing should be replaced, hope this helps
I think it is related to the cooling system, still having air in it. Make sure the heater is running/on when your running the engine. Could be a faulty ECT sensor (engine coolant temp.) but proof it out. proof it out, remove the sensor and see if there is air behind it and see if the sensor is within parameters.
thanks for more info replace the crank sensor it is breaking down when hot once it cools off it will work again .when they go bad the heat from the engine will break down the sensor
