Hi, it is located under the dash on the driver's side. Look up under there where the brake pedal is attached. It is a black box with two electrical connectors plugged in to the bottom It is attached to the dash with a silver metal bracket.

Intermittent popping sound from engine on acura 2001 cl 3.2 type s

Last time serviced? Fuel filter changed? Sounds like a fuel
delivery problem. High or low pressure from fuel pump. So could be fuel pump, or more problems from the fuel pump relay. There may be a fuel pressure regulator that is not working right. Otherwise some problem with timing. Last timing belt change? Check Owner's manual and service records.

How does one remove the fuel pump relay?

In the 97 CL I believe it is underneath the trunk floor. Try looking there first.

2000 Acura CL 3.2 no power to fuel pump

Your emergency fuel pump cutoff may have tripped. If so you will need to find and reset it. Also maybe a blown fuse or bad fuel pump relay. The relay is most likely in the engine compartment inside some sort of black box easily accessible. Both the fuse and cutoff switch is most likely under the dash.

How do I check to see if my fuel pump relay is gone bad on a 01 acura cl s series

hi there,
first of all
listen for fuel pump noise when turn the key On if you can hear the noise then the relay and fuse re ok,
if you can't hear pump working then first check FPMP fuse, if it's got voltage and good. Then with key off, remove f pump relay, turn key On and try it installing the relay back so you have to hear the click when you put relay, that's the best way hope this helps!
