Yes, there is a second fuse on the back of the radio, (10A - red colour), but you have to pull the unit to check & change it. This is only course of action. You need special Audi Concert radio extracting tools, (two radio keys).
you have to call the dealership with your vin number sometimes they dont like giving them over the phone and you have to take it in. so hopefully you get someone cool on the phone. good luck
It is in the end of the dash board. open the
drivers door so you can see the end of the dash and ease the semi
circle shaped cover off. There is a fuse pulling tool in there too ;o
