I have a 1992 honda accord and my turn signal dont work i have change the bulbs and the relay and it stills doesn't want to work i thought it could be my turn signal swtich but it turns on all my other lights and when i try the turn signal it just makes a loud nose in the relay

Thats either an electrical short or a faulty SWITCH

flashers and turn signals have separate flasher and separate fuse.

According to AutoZone the Sylvania Part Number: 3497LL will fit the front turn signal for a 1992 Honda Accord http://www.chinasinoy.com/wholesale/adblue-emulation-module-truck-adblue-remove-tool-7-in-1-2760.html

See picture below of drivers side fuse panel and run these tests at the relay holder pins:

E is ground...measure resistance between it and ground (someplace else on the car) to make sure it is 0 ohms or at least very close to it.

B terminal should be 12 volts, if not, you might have a blown fuse (#1), or a faulty hazard switch.

Short B and L and flip hazard switch. If nothing happens, bad #20 fuse, bulbs, poor ground, bad hazard switch, or cut wire.

With B and L still shorted, flip turn signal either direction. If nothing happens, you have bad signal switch.

If all tests pass, the relay is bad.

pull out the bulb
there should be a little piece of metal that touches metal on the bulb when its plugd in
make sur that is making good contact
u mite try to bend it out a lil with a flat head but dont put to much pressure

Have you checked all your underdash fuses? I feel your problem lies there :)

The turn signals run through the hazard switch, I have replaced hazard switches for this problem.

You could have a wiring problem or it could be the switch itself since it is a 1992. One would have to diagnose it to find the problem.

check the hazard switch ive seen them stick or wear out and nothing works. good luck also look for a bulb with only one prong on the end of the bulb it will short the dash lights to keep signal on
