There should be a line connecting the solenoid of the transmission to the ECU. It could be the wiring is bad or the contacts need cleaning or the IAC valve may need cleaning or is not working.

Your wiring is fine if the engine runs most likely. Auto Zone performs free testing on the ECU to tell you what is wrong. The idle speed control is most likely faulty if the TPS was set correctly

some cars may have interlock with the brake switch to the shift lever inter-lock. have someone step on the brake, if brake light won't come on, suspect the brake switch is preventing the shift.
go to an auto parts store that will give Free trouble code scan
Check you motor mounts. With someone in the car and e-brake and main brake applied; Put vehicle in drive and bring RPMS UP and then let off. If you see the motor move excessively then the mount is broken on the side that lifts up. Put it in reverse and do the same. both mounts can be broken and there is usually a third mount so check them all.
to remove thatsupport isrecommended to usekeysof extensionsto be used bythe topandbackof the engine,,,recommended torelease theairfilterand batterysleeveforspace
you should have someone put an obd2 scan tool and retrieve any engine codes first
most auto part stores will do this for you
then you can come back and give me the codes and i can help you better

my mazda 1995 brake lights doesnt work. the other lights do work. at night the other ligts work except for brakes. i already have changed the brake switch and fuse too. i dotn know what could be the problem. can anyone please help me. thank you
Solution 1 would be to diagnose the problem of the low comp in 2& 3 and solve that issue. I would of started w the timing belt 1st. If that didn't solve it,ck head gasket, valves, rings. CK for oil & coolant mixing. Good Luck
Hi would you have a wiring diagram thanks
