P1682 is low voltage at the ignition switch. 2 things, our ignition switches are prone to go out in Trailblazers and Envoys, so I'd look to replace this first. The only other problem would be wiring harness that leads to the ignition, check for shorts. My bet is the switch, it's not the switch the key goes into, it's under the column cover on the bottom, a little black module. Very easy to take it out and replace yourself and will run you around $35.

My 2007 GMC envoy Denali after it has been running for a few minutes the engine dies either sitting there or while driving, the engine will turn over but will not fire. P1682 code is confirmed

There are 2 ignition 1 voltage circuits supplied to the engine control module (ECM). The first ignition circuit is
provided by the powertrain relay, through a fuse. This ignition 1 voltage circuit supplies power to all the
internal ECM circuits associated with the throttle actuator control (TAC) operation. The second ignition 1
voltage circuit is supplied by the ignition switch through a fuse, and is used to power the remaining internal
ECM circuits. If the ECM detects a voltage difference between the 2 ignition 1 voltage circuits, DTC P1682
will set.

Could be the steering box, but also look at the entire steering linkage for any signs of trouble.

P0443 p0689 p1516 p1682 p2101 p2176 i have had the map sensor replaced the ignition switch, fuel pump , maf sensor throttle actuator control and the car still stalls and pulls all these codes the mechanic...

Code p0689 may be the answer as it refers to the ECM power relay control---circuit open. code 0443 refers to the EVAP purge valve---circuit malfunction. I have not got the codes for the rest as they are specific to GMC. But I suspect that the faults will all relate to the ECM
