It's in the back of the truck, passenger side. Open the trunk, you'll see a cover. Open it, there's a fuse box.

My fuse for diagnostic port keeps blowing

The fuse is also for the power port for cigarette lighter, so make sure nothing is installed in this port.

Fuse box,Trying to find out what fuse s for the lighter

If you'd like to take the time to look at all the fuses and see which one is blown, that's the 1 needing replaced. Normally a cigarette lighter fuse is a 10 amp ( Red ) fuse.

Battery dead boot locked and wont open manually

If you have a trailer plug in the rear of the vehicle, power can be feed into the correct terminals to allow for electric things to work. Also, the interior power outlet for the cigarette lighter can be used as a port to feed in power with any cigarette power lead. Just be sure to use the negative with the same polarity.

For that matter, if the interior is accessible, you can uncover the fuse panel and feed power into the fuse block. Any 12Volt battery will provide enough power to open the boot.

How do i find out if its the cigarette lighter port or a fuse that needs replacing on my 2008 Mazda 5?

I pulled fuse 4 from the inside fuse box on the passenger side dashboard, but quickly realized it is for the rear power outlet, not the cigarette lighter outlet. The cigarette lighter outlet is fuse number 6. They are both blue 15A fuses.

Cigarette lighter quit working - is there a fuse that I can check.

I suggtes check the position CIG LTR for Cigarette Lighter. The underhood fuse block in the engine compartment on the driver's side of the vehicle near the battery. Lift the cover for access to the fuse/relay block.

To remove fuses, hold the end of the fuse between your thumb and index finger and pull straight out.
