Use wd-40 or liquid wrench and a tooth pick- use toothpick to hold the little metal flap in lock back and spray oil inside- locks weren't uses much as you have remote locks- lack of use can cause rust/lockup
key will start engine? if not- you might have gotten the wrong keys- or there might be a different one for the door locks from the ignition key
After letting the locks soak for a while, (several minutes to an hour) run the key in and out of the lock(s). THEN try turning the key. If the key turns and the locks still do not open then someone used a tool inside the door and knocked the rod assembly off. You will require a locksmith to get in and then the dealer (or locksmith ) to reconnect the rod assembly.
