Looking for oil drainplug - 1994 Toyota Previa

some cars have a plastic/rubber drainplug..occaisionally this will come out of its hole..also look under the car for a ripped open oilpan.. this happens when the car bottoms out on city streets..may take 2 people to find the leak..is the leak new oil or blackened oil.. put a clean cardboard under the car to see how much and where it comes from..

check the bottom of the radiator. there should be a drainplug. loosen drainplug. then refill with a 50/50 mix of water and antifreeze, unless it comes premixed. If no drainplug, loosen lower radiator hose and fill

some mercedes do not have drainplugs, they have a machine at the dealer that sucks the oil out from the dipstick tube. hope this helps, please rate!

If the gasket is on the oil pan you may try tightening the bolt. To tighten pan gaskets you'll need to tighten in steps in a crisscross pattern. Snug a bolt move across the pan snug another bolt. Do this until all bolts are snug. Do not over tighten pan gasket bolts or leaks will occur. Just uniformly snuf.

not unless its been over torqued by quicky cheap lube employees. it may be repaired or the pan replaced, find a good repair shop to check it out, when the next oil change is due or ASAP if its leaking now.

remove drain plug at bottom of oilpan.drain oil into container.remove oil filter. put drainplug back in.replace oil and filter type according to your owners manual.

The motor oil drain plug is located on the passenger side under the the vehicle. Look for a pan or tray looking plate with several small bolts that go all the way around the edge of this "pan" It will have one single nut threaded into the bottom edge facing or pointing to the rear of vehicle and it will be dimpled slightly outward around the controured area where this bolt threads in. Left to loosen and you will notice oil come dripping out of it as it gets closer to taking the whole bolt out. Transmissions usually do not have a drainplug on the bottom pan and transmission lube is red to dark cherry red in color. Motor oil will be either honey color or dark like coffee or molasses. Inside the oilpan, there is a large round drainplug/oil filter access on the bottom of the pan.

Check the oil level. Quick lube centers often forget to refill oil, replace oil filter or drainplug. They're in such a hurry to make a buck that mistakes happen.
